An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Banning, California, amending Section 17.88.020 of Chapter 17.88 (Non-Conforming Structures and Non-Conforming Uses) of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Banning Municipal Code to provide greater flexibility for the repair and reconstruction of legally established non-conforming residential structures.
